Rare Royal Doulton Seriesware Antique Twin Handled Vase – Blue Children. Scene/Title: Woman with muff in snowstorm. Gold gilding to handles, top and around base, all intact. Issued: 1890 – 1930, This piece can be dated to pre 1922 via the Royal Doulton backstamp. Height: 7 inches (17.7 cm), Width: (widest) 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm), Top: (overall) 3 inches (7.6 cm), Base Diameter: 1 7/8 inches (4.8 cm) approx. Perfect Condition Assured – No chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, restoration or any other kind of damage. Any white areas in my photographs are purely light reflection. Will be sent very safely packaged, as always.

This Art Nouveau vase superbly Potted with 2 handles, with striking drips of colours, beige, white, and a yellow and Turquoise Cristallized dots all. Art Nouveau potter Olivier de Sorra is known for the fine stoneware and crystalline glazes he produced at his factory, Pierrefonds. Moulded with stylized 2 Handled and glazed entirely in variegated shades of sky blue and tan with mottled Cristalline Turquoise and streaked patterns, this vase represents the technical achievements of the nineteenth century in ceramics to the XX century. Large and impressive Ridgways Rococo urn/vase dating to approximately 1840. This is a rare vase that I only managed to identify with the help of the online Ridgway pattern books and a very knowledgeable friend. The vase is of a distinctive form and decorated in a highly unusual way with a background of a colourful chinoiserie pattern but including Chelsea birds, a profile of what appears to be a Roman Centurion flanked by Mythical figures Sphinx? L it is rather crazy and every time I look I spot something new. The vase does have a chip to one “arm” of the handle but it’s not glaringly obvious. Base diameter 13.5cm.

A Rare Very Early Antique Noritake Twin Handled Lidded Floral Pastel Vase c1902. A beautiful and very rare, early Noritake twin-handled, lidded floral vase bearing the single blue Noritake Komura mark to the base, dating the vase to >1902. The vase is of a beautiful four-footed pedestal form with twin open-top handles and lid with pointed finial. The vase is intricately hand-decorated with pink, purple and yellow blossoms with foliage and beautiful gilt beading and scrollwork on a white and turquoise ground. A really wonderful, early collector’s item. The vase is in quite remarkable condition with no chips or cracks to the body even the handles are good! But there is a little rubbing to the gilt around the topmost rim. The lid has been broken but professionally restored with the damage almost invisible to the outside. A really good piece of sympathetic repair. Please see photographs for more information. The vase is 33cm high (including lid), 14cm diameter, 1063g weight.
