Made By : Stevenson and Hancock (early Royal Crown Derby). It is a beautiful miniature tea set comprising of. That measures 3½” inches high x 5″ inches from handle to spout. That measures 2¼ inches high. That measures 1¾” inches high with a top diameter of 3″ inches. This really is a wonderful antique set. It is in very good condition, I would say it has been kept in a cabinet for most of it’s existence. The only very minor flaws I can see are small piece blue missing on one of the flowers on the teapot. And a very very small chip on the run of the cream jug, but when on display these flaws cannot be seen and that is it. It is fully backstamped on the bases of all three pieces.

BEAUTIFUL VERY RARE ART NOUVEAU UNGER BROTHERS ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER MOUNTED GRAPE SCISSORS SHEARS On offer is this beautiful, very rare pair of antique sterling silver mounted grape scissors shears crafted in a fabulous Art Nouveau style – please see the photos. They are by the quality firm of Unger Brothers of Newark, New Jersey, USA who were active from about 1872 to 1914 and noted for producing stunning sterling silver pieces such as this in the Art Nouveau style. HALLMARKS: There are a selection of marks – the Unger Brothers logo along with’STERLING’ to each of the handles, two further little applied silver plates to the inside of the finger holes with’STERLING’ – rubbed on one. To the scissors part -‘GERMANY’ to one side and number’100′ to both. APPROXIMATE SIZE: They are about 14.7cm in length and weigh 44g. CONDITION: As noted, in good antique condition overall – the silver itself is fine – usual signs of wear commensurate with age and use. The blades have signs of wear which you can see clearly on the photos. They are functional and open and close fine. If you have any questions, please ask. Two very small area of loss and a minor dent without loss of enamel to the foot see pics, otherwise in very good condition with star cracks commensurate with age. This is the best example of a Canton enamel I have seen. Height 7.3cm x diameter 15.3cm.

Of twin handled form the vase is beautifully tubelined in an Art Nouveau style with tall and slender Peacock feathers inset with delicate Forget-Me-Not flowers and borders of stylised foliage that cover the entirety of the piece. Fish scale border to the inner neck rim. Coloured to the classic Florian Blue on Blue colourway.
