Butchers Shop Point of Sale Ceramic Piglet. Ceramic Pigs were slowly phased out at the time of the Second World War. So this is a very rare survivor indeed. Lovely crackled glaze detailing. 31cm Long x 13cm wide x 22cm High. In very good vintage condition with stains and marks commensurate with age, no cracks, chips or repairs. This incredibly rare early Victorian butchers bench or Hog Splitting Table is offered for sale. Im unsure whether this is oak or elm but will look gorgeous cleaned and paired with a set of legs and used as perhaps a unique coffee table or rustic kitchen piece. 18.5 wide, 62 long and 2.5 thick.
