Early 19th Century – French Empire. Large PAIR of cassolettes in gilded bronze (with original gilding to be cleaned or not) and nuanced marble with SIX PROTOMES / MASCARONS of CARIATYDES with terminations of six legs and animal hooves, on a square terrace, raised by four turned and chiseled feet in gilded bronze in the pure Louis XVI style. Height = 27cm – 10.7. Base = 9cm x 9cm / 3.6″ x 3.6″. Total weight of the 2 Cassolettes = 2,990 kilograms / 106 oz, unpackaged. With flocking wedging and multi-layer bubble wrap protection.

Pair of green Webb & Corbett agate flambe vases. They have a green body with the agate mottling running through them. Other colors are red, orange, green and yellow. The bottom of both vases are etched with the name: W & C England. Both vases are in excellent condition free of chips or breaks. Please see pictures, I tried to take them in various lighting to show the colors. If you have questions message me and I will reply promptly. Slight variation in size as from being produced by hand. Rare Pair Antique Maddock Ivoryware Artichoke Lidded Ironstone Serving Dishes. This fabulous pair of lidded serving dishes or tureens are a beautiful example of John Maddock & Son’s antique Ironstone kitchen & tableware. Created in the mid to late 19th Century, these stunning ivoryware dishes effortlessly combine elegance and practicality. With their stunning creamy colour and smooth finish, subtle rounded handle emerging fluidly from each side, as well as the gorgeous sculpted Artichoke finial atop each lid, they epitomise the old addage, less is more. A perfect addition to any kitchen dresser. Each Dish is: 13cm in height with lid on, 7cm without lid on, 25cm in length and 22cm in width, and the opening has a diameter of 19cm. Depth is 6.5cm.
