This rare antique Blue porcelain inkwell set by Carl Friedrich Boseck & Co is a valuable collectable item originating from the Czech Republic. The early red stamp used between 1880 – 1918 adds to its historical significance and charm. Has the original Brass collars and hinges. This exquisite set embodies the elegance of the Victorian era, featuring hand-gilded Japonaiserie motifs inspired by Satsuma ware, with delicate depictions of flowers abd blooms. Perfect for collectors of unique and exquisite pieces, this inkwell set exudes elegance and craftsmanship from a bygone era. Condition: Excellent, no chips or cracks. Hinges work, Ink well tops sit slightly ajar (see pics). Approx Dimentions: Inkwells 5cm (W) x 5cm (D) x 7cm (H). Dish 10cm diameter All my items come from a smoke and pet free home. A Georgian silver desk stand, with two capped glass inkwells and a central pen holder with beaded decoration, raised on ball and claw feet, London 1778, maker William Plumber. Antique Victorian Silver Inkwell Superb. This outstanding Georgian solid silver inkwell will make an impressive addition to your desk, with its detailed pretty and delicate floral engravings throughout, a fantastic quality base which holds 2 glass inkwells in excellent condition as well as a prettily decorated candle holder. Would make a great addition to your desk or collection! Hallmarked to the underside of the stand for London 1778 by William Plummer. The three pierced silver bottle holders are each part hallmarked with the lion passant. The bottle caps and collars are unmarked. In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. There is no glass damage and the bottles would appear to be original and matching. A little clouding of the silver on the inkstand base. Approximate hallmarked silver weight is 6.2 troy ounces. Approximate total weight is 1.264 kilos. Approximate dimensions are 18 cm length, 13cm width and. This item displays beautifully but there is a obvious repair to on of the leg which looks as though it has been done a very long time ago. Iam sure this could be made tidier by a professional but I think it just adds to the charm of the piece and I have reflected this damage in the asking price. Both glass inkwells are 100 % original and in superb condition for their age. This lovely item can be used exactly as intended over 244 years ago. I really don’t want to sell this but my wife has pulled rank and I want it to go to someone who will display it and appreciate its beauty. This would make a beautiful present or indulgent treat. If you have a favourite pen like me it’s a perfect way to have it on display. Us serious collectors have spent a fortune on pens but who has a more characterful charming way to show them off. 3″ tall by 4″ wide is this early original rare press glass Scottie dog inkwell. Maintains what appears to be original paint, eyes appear to be crystal sequins of sort. Hinged collar maintains original chrome or silver plating? (needs a little manipulation to close tight, should be an easy fix) appears to be free of chips or cracks.

Rare Antique Silver Elephant Inkwell with Bronze Flautist Monkey. Gorgeous antique silver plated Indian elephant inkwell featuring a little bronze monkey playing the flute. Highly detailed with elephant headdress and a beautiful uplifted trunk. The tusks act as a pen rest. 6.5″ by 5.5″ by 4.75 made circa 1920, likely German or Austrian. It’s a beautiful rare form. Looks to have been mounted at one point and does not rest flat. You would need to make a small cut on the added bar for it to lay level. Dent in base on left side. Photos are part of the description so please review carefully.

A rare antique early 19thC Derby cobalt and gold decorated porcelain inkwell / pen stand. 10.5cm diameter x 7.5cm overall height. OK condition with no breaks or repairs to the main body but with crazing / staining to the interior and areas of rubbing to the gold decoration – the inkwell is holed. If you do not do this I reserve the right to re-list the item. Hello and I appreciate your time. I pack well and attempt to pack just like it was coming to me. I will describe this item to the best of my ability and knowledge. This is Not a repro and Guaranteed Original and comes from a Long-Time Collection. This is a Very Early American Ink and might be from Keene Glass House in New Hampshire. Although, it is Very Unusual that it does Not have Ribs or Flutes near the base on side. It has a Larger Hobnails. It also has Smooth Shoulders. I would date it from about 1815 to about 1840. It stands about 1 3/4 inches tall and about 2 1/4 inches across at base. It stands about 2.5 inches tall. It is dark Black Glass and has a Beautiful Color through light. It has a partial open air bubble at opening to about onion skin depth. It has some tiny nicks on top disc edge, or it could be in-making. Not sure, but very small and mentioned for accuracy’s sake. It has some Honest base wear. No cracks and No repairs. It has Great Shine and is clean. You will be Pleased with this Top-Shelf Example!
