Very Rare Green Uranium 7 Piece Trinket Set with Clock. Art Deco Depression Era 1920/30s. This is a very rare Uranium Green. Art Deco Trinket Set or Dressing Table Set with a Clock making this a very rare set. These were made in the Depression era 1920’s and 1930’s between the 2 World Wars and are nearly 100 years old, nearly antique. Is a large, heavy 7 piece set including the Clock. The set comprises. One large Trinket Tray measuring 12.75. Inches or 32.5cm wide by 10. Inches or 25.5cm deep. Inches or 8.5cm high. Inches or 8.5cm wide and 2. Inches or 5cm deep. The clock stands on 4 little glass feet and they are very good. It has a winder on the back of the clock but I have never wound it up, I have only had it on display. Two large Candle Stick Holders are 5.25. Inches or 13.5cm high and 3.5 inches or 9cm wide across the base. One Trinket Pot and Lid measures 3. Inches or 7.5cm wide and nearly 3.5 inches or 9cm high, with the lid on top. Trinket Tray 3.5. Inches or 9cm wide and. Inches or 5cm across. The trinket pieces have an unusual patt. Ern of leaves and twigs cut into the glass. The whole Trinket Set or Dressing Table Set is in very good condition for its age. There are two small flat chips on the back of the tray which are very hard to see because of the cut pattern, but you can feel them. There is a tiny smooth chip on the back of the clock. The rest of the pieces are all good. It is a good quality Trinket Set and is very heavy when combined and on display. Have a look at all the photos to see the glowing lovely uranium green colour and condition. I know what it is like to get broken items and feel bitterly disappointed when they are not wrapped properly. I will double box this lovely. To protect it, and make sure you get it in the same beautiful condition it is in now.

Antique French Empire Mantel Clock, circa 1800. A very fine and rare example of a French Empire fire gilded ormolu / mercury clock depicting a young lady draped in a flowing dress illustrating the allegory of beauty featuring fine detail. The figure stands elegantly with flowing hair looking into a mirror alongside a jug and bowl and jewellery box on the clocks drum case. The figure of the lady has been finely chiselled; she has very realistic features; pay particular attention to the face, hands and finger nails. The clock demonstrates the finest quality of craftsmanship. To the front elevation, the clock features a silvered dial with Roman numerals. The front elevation of the base features repoussé work with shells and scroll work. A book, scroll and harp surmount the clocks drum case alongside a laurel wreath representing victory. The mechanism features a suspension silk thread. The clock features a twin train mechanical movement striking the hours and half on a bell. The clock is regulated by a count wheel. The mechanism is stamped by one of the most important and prolific 19th century clock makers, Japy Freres. The bell, pendulum and winding key are present. 37 cm high x 27 cm wide x 8.5 cm deep. Condition: Overall, the clock is in good working condition. The ormolu is in good condition and retains a very good colour. Please note, whilst the clock currently works, during transport, all clocks are moved around a lot, and therefore, they may require setting up upon receiving them as well as the possibility of requiring professional assistance or a service as they can get’stuck’. There is no guarantee that the clock will work smoothly after it has been transported. Please study the pictures and ask any questions that you may have.
