Very Rare Walkers Excelsior Yacht-Log Mark 11. Taffrail type with outrigger pattern bracket. Commencd in 1915 and discontinyed in 1926. Has oil cap Enamel face with 2 dials larger reads up to 50 miles smaller reads up to 10 miles brass hinged cover, length 9 inches, Rotator has 4 blades stamped with anchor motif initials T W and the word Excelsior Length 11 inches Details suggest manufacture date circa 1920. I have added a photo so you can see the difference between the MK 111 and MK 11 EXTREMELY RARE the MK111 large dial reads up to 100 miles twice as many as the rare MK11 Also has a oiling piont on the front of the brass holder.
