ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 1900 BY J. MAURY LISBOA, RARE EARLY CROWN POCKET WATCH, EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. According to Portuguese sources, the company was founded in 1859 by a French watchmaker, and it became one of the most important watch shops in Lisbon’s Baixa district (the downtown area). The firm apparently closed around 2013, but for more than 150 years it was a known establishment in Lisbon. CASE AND MOVEMENT IN VERY GOOD CONDITIONS. CASE :STEEL CASE OF THE YEAR 1900, AND IN USED CONDITION, SEE PHOTO. THE POCKET WATCH IS HOUSED IN A GOOD THICK GAUGE TRADITIONAL STYLE CASE, ALL COVERS OPENING AND CLOSING CORRECTLY, DUST COVER IS ALSO STEEL – 29 mm DIAMETER, 10 mm THICK, EARLY ANTIQUE SEMI FULL HUNTER CROWN WIND AND PIN SET. MOVEMENT : PIN SET, THE FIRST CROWN LEVER TYPE POCKET WATCH, WHICH IS IN VERY GOOD OVERALL CONDITION. KEEPING VERY GOOD TIME. HAND REGULATOR IS SHORT THAN USUAL. VERY GOOD QUALITY FULLY WORKING EARLY SWISS MOVEMENT AND IT’S ORIGINAL UNUSUAL EARLY COMPENSATED BALANCE WHEEL. THE CASE DIAL & MOVEMENT ALL ORIGINAL. Rare Nidor Chronometre Ladies Wristwatch – Solid Gold Case & Hand-Engraved Bracelet, c. This outstanding piece features a solid gold case and matching hand-engraved bracelet, decorated with intricate floral motifs – a wonderful example of early wristwatch artistry, at a time when ladies’ timepieces were transitioning from pendant watches. It’s truly incredible the condition this piece is in for its age. Striking white porcelain dial, brass hands. There no cracks or chips, wow! The case is made from gunmetal and solid gold. All working as it should, no dents. Has not been polished and left completely original. Case measures. 32.80mm in width. 41.50mm in length The movement is a calibre 63 12 & 1/2 lignes produced by IWC, running lovely and keeping time. Runs first wind, winds and sets the time smoothly. The small button must be pressed when changing the time.

Stunning Red and gold enamel on Silver ladies small fob ball watch. Silver mark stamped on the top ring. We are clearing a room. This has been in a drawer for decades. It goes a bit while but needs attention to the winding. It seems to go tight. And only winds a fraction then it is tight. But does seem to tick a short while. Fabulous enamel stunning condition. It does look pretty mint. But does not work. Because it’s so stunning condition it is worth it just for the wearability if it at all could not be fixed. We are clearing a storeroom and will be listing a lot more of old vintage items. As well as large lots of vintage silver jewellery and various. No offers at the price.
