Dated 1517 Stained Armorial Glass Window Genuine Swiss Early 16th Century Rare

Very rare original 16th century Swiss stained glass window (not a later 19th century recreation). These silver stained glass lead-light windows often celebrated a wedding and this particular window displays family arms and text caption below in German pertaining to family name’the house of… And dated above and below 1517- incidentally the start of Martin Luther’s Protestant Reformation that year. Excellent original colours that look magnificent in the light. In the photos the panel is angled against a white wall with a small amount of light illuminating from the back. Note, when flat against a wall the panel looks less lively as shown in last photo. Originally would have most likely been inset into a larger plain roundel type window in the family’s home as a centrepiece from what I understand. Measures 485mm x 370mm. Condition is outstanding for age and the lead appears to be original as are all the stained glass panels, there is only one very fine hairline crack to corner of one panel as can be seen in photo 4; part from that I really cannot fault this window. Difficult to find anywhere in the world of this age, quality and condition… Really belongs in a museum! Very Early Antique Musical Snuff Box 2 Air C. 1820 Swiss Rare Painting Scene

This little Musical Box is one of the very early types, also used as a snuff box, from about 1820. No makers name, signs or tune names! This musical snuff box would have been carried around in the gentlemans pocket and used as form of portable entertainment! What makes this a little different is the hand painted picture in the lid, decorated with a gold border and gold frame, silver tab and hinge and a tortoiseshell case. One of the main characteristics of this being an early movement is the segmented comb, it is split in to sections rather than one long piece of steel as found on later musical boxes. It also has the teeth going from treble to bass (left to right) rather than bass to treble and the governor top is vertical rather than at an angle, two signs of it being a very early piece. Another is the detail in the music, earlier boxes have much more elaborate arrangements and a gentler tone. Please watch the videos to enjoy this almost 200 year old musical antique! Antique Vintage Rare & Early 1913 Rolex Swiss Solid Gold Watch & Band Serviced

ANOTHER GREAT WATCH FIND FROM ANTIQUETIMEONLINE. OFFERED FOR SALE TODAY IS THIS BEAUTIFUL 1913 GENUINE ROLEX SIGNED TOP QUALITY WORKING ORDER RARE LARGE LADYS ROLEX 9 CARAT SOLID YELLOW GOLD WATCH & BAND IN LOVELY CONDITION WITH A GORGEOUS WHITE ENAMEL DIAL. This is an absolutely lovely 3 piece genuine and original FULLY SIGNED double hinged back and front solid 9 carat yellow gold round with a beautiful LARGE round watch case. The case is in excellent condition with no noticeable dings and very light wear that I can see. The case sides are excellent. The inside of the case is beautifully engraved with the wording ROLEX’ & the rarer’W&D’ marks and it is also numbered. The gold mark is’9′ and. The hall mark is for LONDON and the date mark is for 1913. The case measures 2.6cms (26mm) across EXCLUDING the lugs and crown. This is a wonderful excellent condition white FULLY ROLEX SIGNED ENAMEL dial. All of the black painted Arabic numerals are SHARP and crisp. The dial has a gold dotted outer chapter ring which is excellent. There is one light hairline which runs along the edge of the dial between 10 and 12 o’clock which is not very noticeable. The dial is fully signed ROLEX in black. The dial has 2 original blued steel stunning hands which look to be in excellent condition. The crystal is plastic, is new and is in excellent condition. This is a wonderful really clean genuine ROLEX FULLY SIGNED high grade quality jeweled lever movement. It looks to have had little intervention and the top plates have a lovely Geneva striping and the word’ROLEX’ stamped onto the plate near to the mainspring barrel (see photos) This fantastic ROLEX movement is in working order and has been serviced by my watchmaker. The movement winds fine and sets as it should. The watch keeps time to within a couple of mins per day as tested over a 12 hour period. All in all this is a beautiful ROLEX original movement. This beautiful timepiece is fitted with a lovely solid 9 carat gold expandable sprung band which is stamped for 9ct gold. The band is in excellent condition. The band will fit a lady’s wrist. I estimate up to a 7 inch wrist. THIS IS A FANTASTIC AND EXTREMELY RARE GREAT CONDITION ROLEX WRISTWATCH. There is NO exception. I describe all of my items to the best of my knowledge.
