Here fresh just out of a home estate contents is a Very Rare Set of 6 – 8in 1920s TIFFANY & CO NEW YORK Lunch Plates – made by GJ – George Jones & Sons Crescent- Made in England for Tiffany pattern #19950 (as seen in marking photo below). These plates are extreamly rare and very hard to find… And you can see why – they are just amazing and absolutely stunning. Each Featuring (100s of Tiffany blue so called enameled Jewels 2 gold rings and beautiful ring of roses on each of the 6 plates). Condition To me all 6 are in very good condition – some wear to some of the jewels – none missing and small amount of wear to outter gold fine line rim, no cracks, breaks, fractures or repairs. Exceptionally Rare Pre Coalport John Rose Colebrookdale Porcelain Dinner Plates. Circa 1805 – 1810. Rare John Rose & Co Colebrookdale Porcelain Pre Coalport Circa 1805 – 1820 Pair of Dinner Plates. Likely a bespoke commission for an important family, given the incorporation of a monogram. All hand painted and gilded, Great overall condition, considering the plates are approaching 200 years old, there are a very minor flea bite flake to the underside rim of each plate, not really significant issues, but photographed and mentioned for 100% accuracy, minor utensil marks to the surface of the plates. I have similar pieces listed, each with its own condition report, and photographs. Early pre-1805 porcelains were unmarked and marks were rarely used before 1820. The early, pre-1820 Coalport wares have proved to be of a type of hard-paste porcelain. Rare Pair of Early Regency Spode 967 Pattern English Imari Porcelain Hand Painted Porcelain 8¼ Plates. Round indented edge shape. English imari fence pattern in characteristic imari colors of under-glaze blue & over-glaze orange-red, green & gilt. By hand red Spode 967 near the foot rim. Godden mark #3648b, Written mark with pattern number on earthenware and porcelain, c. Spode pattern 967 is shown on p. 223 of Cushion, Encyclopedia of British Porcelain which notes that the pattern was introduced in 1804. Very attractive clean pair in fine condition but for very small underside edge nick on one of little matter, otherwise no chips, cracks, hairlines. All Items Are Sent Insured.
