Im unable to identify maker.. Close to early Indian but definitely NOT Indian.. Looks very similar to early Curtiss heads but slightly different…. Crusty and dirty but looks to be in decent shape… Has a broken fin (see pic with red circle). Hopefully someone can use it.. Or just put ot on your shelf with all the other cool early parts!
