A rare jug/vase by Myott & Son Ltd being a unique Art Deco piece featuring a geometrically shaped design that transitions a circular bowl base into a square topped rim and spout. The handle rises up compact and angular a characteristic of English ceramics in the early 1920/30s. This hand-painted multicoloured vase reflects the Art Deco style popular both during the era and to this day. The matte finish leaves nothing hidden in the glaze and the printed backstamp (789316) adds to the timeless authenticity of this unique. A piece of decorative pottery that really showcases the creative craftsmanship and originality of the time. Vase stands 8 tall.

An exceptionally good and highly decorative mahogany (and other) early 19th century William IV period pedestal table, with the most attractive geometric parquetry top. All original except for a couple of replacements to the ebony wood outer boarder/tray edge. Cracks to the base are purely cosmetic, not structural. Stands well, no wobble. H 72 cm x W 41 cm.

Antique early Art Deco Carved Panel Geometric Foliate Snake carvings Pine? A breathtaking antique early Art Deco carved panel from the 1920s featuring both geometrical and foliate carvings with a central snake-like motif flanked by beautiful rounded cornered spiralling triangles and leaves. The softwood is either pine or something similar. It has a low sheen/satin sheen wood finish in a rich medium oak colour on the front, back, top and bottom surfaces, the cut side edges being unfinished. He panel was salvaged from an otherwise plain timber wall panel. It sat as a top capping to the panelling, like a deep dado rail/frieze. This panel measures 36 W x 7 H inches (91.5 x 17.8 cm) and it is 1. Almost 1 3/4 inches (4.5 cm) thick. It weighs around 3kg. The width can be further reduced if required by sawing through the plain sections at either side of the central carved section which measures 17.25 inches (43.8 cm) wide. This panel has been in my personal collection for over 20 years. It comes from a smoke-free environment. In fabulous condition throughout. No faults barring a naturally opened horizontal grain line that runs through the panel from the left and some chipping to the right extreme edge of the top surface from sawing during salvage. On the underside there is a step (where it was once adhered to panelling) which has a strip of crusty glue residue. Please see the images. You can obtain quotes using your location and mine. This item weighs around 3kg. Once bubblewrapped, padded and strongly boxed, it should qualify for the’up to 5kg’ posting rate. It’s size makes it a Large Parcel. I have quoted for the best of the insured posting options. DPD services are equivalent. I pack so well that I have never had any outgoing damage.

Hello and I appreciate your time. I pack well and attempt to pack just like it was coming to me. I will describe this item to the best of my ability and knowledge. This is Not a repro and Guaranteed Original and comes from a Long-Time Collection. This is a Very Early American Ink and might be from Keene Glass House in New Hampshire. Although, it is Very Unusual that it does Not have Ribs or Flutes near the base on side. It has a Larger Hobnails. It also has Smooth Shoulders. I would date it from about 1815 to about 1840. It stands about 1 3/4 inches tall and about 2 1/4 inches across at base. It stands about 2.5 inches tall. It is dark Black Glass and has a Beautiful Color through light. It has a partial open air bubble at opening to about onion skin depth. It has some tiny nicks on top disc edge, or it could be in-making. Not sure, but very small and mentioned for accuracy’s sake. It has some Honest base wear. No cracks and No repairs. It has Great Shine and is clean. You will be Pleased with this Top-Shelf Example!
