I have not cleaned this, right out of NH estate, 4. Overall very nice condition 5. Very clean inside, looks like it was never used 6. Very tight, staves are tight 7. Metal bands are tight 8. Lid does not go all the way on, lid seems to be slightly swelled 9. The meal diamonds are something the Shakers used on all of their buckets 10. This is cherry knob, also used on the buck lids 11. Very nice patina, has not been oiled, this is all natural aging color 12. Notice how clean the bottom is, this has been sitting in one place for many years. Across the top 5.5 in.
