A rare, Dutch Delft, tin glazed pottery tea caddy, dating to the early 19th Century. Painted in blue and white, with the Royal Dutch coat of arms to one side, and a bird perching among foliage to the reverse. Maker’s mark on the base. Measuring 4.5″ in high, 2.25″ deep, and 2.75 wide. In very good condition, with only a tiny, old chip to the top rim.
