Rare Antique Pair Decanters C 1840 19th Cen Crystal Cut Glass Mallet Christmas. Here are a rare and stunning pair of early Victorian Mallet shaped lead crystal, cut glass and engraved decanters circa 1840. Each decanter with an upper double neck ring and lower double neck ring, oval cut neck and petal cut shoulders, oval printie and diamond mitre cut body and star cut bases, with hollow stoppers. Please view the photographs carefully. Condition: Excellent overall condition, with minor wear and light scratches to the bases, one tiny bruise to near the shoulder of one of the decanters and a few tiny nibbles to the base of one of the stoppers and one of the stoppers is slight cloudy. For accuracy there are small air bubbles in places, which is natural to the glass making process. Measurements: 28.5 cms in height and the diameters of each base is 9 cms approximately.
