A stunning and Very Rare English Sterling Silver Victorian Game Skewer made by prolific Silversmith maker of Bond Street, London Francis Higgins. As you can see from the photos quite breathtaking, the stem of the skewer is tapered, full set of English Sterling Silver Hallmarks. The finial depicts a hare and pheasant entwined, the detailing is superb, feathers to back and front of pheasant and the hare again has stunning detailing to both sides, please see photos. The piece comes with the benefit of being un-monogrammed and never spoilt with personalisation.
