Extremely Rare Vintage 1935 Royal Worcester Figurine Penguin Doris Lindner

Coscombe Fine Porcelain UK. Rare Royal Worcester Penguin from Life at London Zoo series by Doris Lindner. Marked with Puce Royal Worcester stamp and script to base. First introduced in 1935 but withdrawn by 1940. Measures 14.5 cm high. Pristine Condition; no damage or repairs; no crazing. As with all my items this figure has been thoroughly cleaned and I guarantee it is perfect. Coscombe Fine Porcelain started as a private collection of figurines from the top porcelain houses in Denmark and Germany. Now 30 years on we have a large collection of rare late nineteenth and twentieth century ceramics from the principle sculptors and artists of their time in Europe. Our offices are based in a lovely old barn conversion near the North Cotswold village of Chipping Campden where every figurine is professionally cleaned and checked under UV light so an accurate condition report can be established before individual items are added to the website. Rare Antique Royal Worcester Dish / Bowl Hand Painted & Signed Sedgley 1915. This Beautifully unusual Hand Painted Royal Worcester Diamond shaped dish Decorated with powder blue and gilt border with a bird in a tree and foilage to the centre and Signed J W Sedgley (Walter). The superb rare dish has the first quality blue Royal Worcester backstamp with the date code for 1915 and pattern number W9482. I have taken pictures all around the unusual dish with a good quality digital camera and paid extra for zoom and enlargement so you can see that it displays beautifully and has no chips, cracks or restoration but does have rubbing to the gilt. Early Rare Worcester Feather Moulded Floral teapot c1765-80

Early Worcester porcelain teapot Dr Wall period, c 1765-80. Feather-moulded and painted in underglaze blue with with floral sprigs and insects: the Feather Mould Floral Pattern. Workman’s mark to the base. Condition: There was impurities in the paste when this was been made, which is not uncommon for pieces of this period. This resulted brownish grit marks throughout the pieces. The end of the spout seems to have gotten too hot in the firing process and has ever so slightly left a mark – see images. There is some other firing faults to the lids rim and the lids underside, small nibble to lid – see images. Spout to handle: 18.5cm. Rare And Early Antique Pair Royal Worcester Pate Sur Pate Vases Dated 1873

A very rare pair of early Royal Worcester vases with finely decorated pate sur pate panels of female heads within raised gilt borders. There are also finely detailed gilt Lion mask handles. The vases are 4, 3/8″ (11cm) high and have the Royal Worcester backstamp together with the date mark ” 73 for 1873. One vase has damage to the foot and the other has damage to the top rim (please see photos). There is also some wear to the gilding as would be expected with items of this age.
