Offering this uncommon antique tin grease whale lamp. Measures 11″ T and base diameter of about 5″ (slightly out of round). This piece is amazing. Has 3-wicks with a slide top. Can be turned upside down as seen in last picture. There is few to no apologies on this piece. The drip tray at the base as a couple very minor separations but nothing loose and hardly noticeable. This piece can be a center piece, on an end table, and about anywhere. Has a dark patina, slightly rustic, and all natural surface. Pictures don’t justify the look. An early, 3-step Anglepoise lamp by Herbert Terry & Sons. In mostly original condition, with its original red wrinkle paint on the base and shade. This is in’as found’ condition, I have not attempted any cleaning or restoration. Please note despite the lamp being in full working order, it has not been PAT tested. That will be solely up to the new owner to obtain one if required. Somebody, sometime, has rewired this with normal cabling, a plastic red switch and a modern bulb holder…. I was considering replacing all this with original parts, but I’m lacking the time.. The bulb holder is not properly attached to the shade, as shown in the last photo. It still works fine like this though. Some of the paint has flaked off the shade, as shown in photo #6. There is also paint loss, and some bubbling on the base – see photos #7 & 8. The bottom of the base is missing its felt cover. Please see photos for condition. Message me with any questions.. A very rare opportunity. This item is located in Ireland. Rare Early Antique Three Piece Mold Decanter Olive Green Bottle with Open pontil. A fine and nearly flawless specimen of a nearly 200-year-old decanter. Three piece molds were used early on to allow for more elaborate designs. This is a much earlier three-piece leaf molded bottle. This early American bottle was produced by the Keene Marlboro Street Factory, Keene, NH. In the 1820s or 1830s. The three vertical mold seams on this bottle are also well disguised by the elaborate body pattern and are only obvious where a horizontal or diagonal line intersects the mold seam. A true gem of a bottle that any collector would be happy to own! There are no chips or cracks, and it measures approximately 7.25 tall by 3.75 wide.
