A good fiddle pattern teaspoon made in the early days of Sydney. This teaspoon is stamped’CH’ which is attributed to Charles Hendrick. It has a rubbed monogram. In good used condition. Stamped with pseudo hallmarks: Leopard Head,’E’, Duty Head,’CH. It measures 14cm long and weighs 20 grams.

Bronze Kangaroo ghj A fine piece of Australian bronze made by reputable makers Stokes and Sons. It is actually quite an early example and it;s quite the rarity to have any notable makers mark. On an early piece of Australian bronze. The piece dates to the period 1908 – 1920, and has been very well made indeed. The thick and hefty nature of the piece not to mention the detail of the hair on the roo. All stand to reason that the figure was moulded with care and high regard. It stands 13cm tall by15cm wide and weighs in 770 grams. A sound piece of Australiana.
