This is a rare brass paperweight of Early 20th century Atlantic power cable by Henley London. As seen from the pictures shows the three conductors and nicely is turned to a paperweight. I have cleaned the brass bottom of it as it was really dirty. I believe Henley of London started the power cable business in late 19th century and was a well known maker. Is quite a interesting engineering piece. Please look at the pictures for condition and details. Any questions please ask.

An impressive’nkisi’ power figure of haunting presence, yet pared down to a minimum of paraphernalia compared to other Songye power figures. (horse-) hair in the nostrils, a bead necklace and a skirt, held in place by a belt made of felt, and a single nail with hemispherical head in the belly. The sculpture is made from hardwood with a dark brown blackish surface and mounted on an exquisite purpose made stand. The height of 37,5cm is without the purpose made stand.
