Possibly German although no marking under the red painted wooden base which measures approx 10 long. The cow stands approx 6 tall not counting the platform. The metal wheels are approx 1 diameter. All match and all are original. It is very old, all original, the original dust comes along for free! I dont clean anything and this might benefit from a pro restoration or even a little bit of home amateur TLC, but even all original as it is, its still an amazing antique toy for display. On wooden platform with emblem and wooden wheels in good condition for more than 100 year toy.
