A rare early Georgian English antique solid sterling silver marrow scoop. It is hallmarked for London 1766 with the makers mark being that of James Tookey. It has been made well and engraved with a crest similar to that used by the Nicholl family. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. 8.75 inches (22cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.1cm) wide and weighs 50 grams. A rare quality piece.
