This is an absolutely unique piece of art and there is not another one. The carving , color, size and artistry of this piece is just exquisite. Take a look at the pictures of the detail work on this master (see photos). This art backgammon is made by master backgammon maker. The carving is magnificent and there are are two exquisite painting of two Qajar Kings on the outside. The condition is mint and there is a beautiful glass covered on the inside of of each side to protect the wood and dices makes beautiful sound on the glass cover while playing. This is a true piece of art and a backgammon game for generation to last and cherish. I believe that picture speaks for itself. Robert Thompson Mouseman Leather Chair Very Rare Early Piece Made By Robert Thompson himself – Very early piece unsure of exactly when this was made… My Grandfather bought / acquired pieces from 1920 / 1930s onwards… And in the coal business all his life.. My mother was born in 1937. This is a piece made without a mouse on it.. In Very Good condition… My Grandad BoB Wilson from Leyburn used to know Robert Thompson personally and delivered coal to him and he ended up running a large coal distribution yard / business and he gathered a large Collection that I was left when he passed away.. He used to swap pieces with Robert Thompson for his coal bills they were good friends.. The leather is Very thick and this chair is Extremely well made and very rare as all my pieces have been! Chair photos have been taken without cleaning or polishing the chair, it is a bit dusty… Will look a million dollars after a wood & leather polish. Been in our attic room un-used for decades. Wonderful estate fresh Simon Halbig Bisque face with brown sleep eyes, open mouth with four upper teeth. Solid dome ball jointed head , shoulders, elbows, wrist and knees. She has pierced ears though no earrings. The bisque head is perfect witout damage or retorations. Her early Sonenberg style body is in played with condition. She wears an antique human hair wig and an antique tulle dress with antique shoes and socks. One finger missing on left hand (middle finger) & broken pinky on other. Circa 1900 and marked with 6 pointed star with a K on one side and a R on the other. Simon & Halbig on the back of the her head and number 80 at base of the neck. Item was label with name of Julia. It is marked 1406 9, made in U. And the maker is unreadable (pictures # 8 & 9). It has some scuffs, but NO cracks, breaks or repairs and the octagon drain grate and knob are long gone but easily replaced. This EXTREMELY RARE piece measures 13 1/4″ front to back, 14″ wide, 11″ tall and the mount side is not square and measures 14″ across top, 11 3/4″ bottom and 10 1/4″ high. Up for sale is a very early and rare antique 18s Hamilton 17 jewel grade 936 pocket watch. This watch is serial number 925 and was made in 1894. Movement : This watch runs great and keeps good time. The beautiful original lever set movement is in very nice condition, is adjusted, is Rail Road grade, and has 17 jewels. It has all matching serial numbers including the balance wheel! Dial : The original dial is in good condition but it does have cracks. The hands are the original. Case : The gold filled case is in good condition. The covers work as they should. The case shows light normal pocket wear. This is not the original case but it is correct. This rare and very special watch is ready to display or carry!
