Offering this early 19th Century rare hand painted portrait lacquered snuff box. I’m dating this wonderful early utilitarian box to early 1800’s but judging the outfit of the woman it is probably earlier. Fabulous early collectible wooden treasure. Please see pictures for details.
Rare Antique Early 20th Century Lacquered Box. “Paquebot Entrant Dans Ley”. Appears to be a pencil / art box. Box measures approximately 19.5cm wide x 5.2cm deep x 2.6cm high. Condition: Please view photos carefully for condition. A few small chips to corners and edges. Wear to top with some loss to decoration. Old pencil scribbles to top. Closing mechanism is missing.
