Gorgeous antique Irish lace crochet blouse from the Edwardian period – early 1900s. Snaps down the back. The color is an off white/ivory. Bust opens to 38 inches. Waist is 35 inches. Bottom edge is 36 inches. Sleeve is approximately 16 inches. Length is 16 inches. I have made a few small repairs to places where the crochet threading opened, but they are not at all noticeable. Maria NiforosAntique Lace & Textiles. This Milanese tablecloth came from a early collection of lace. I think that perhaps anywhere from 17-19THC. How early I do not know.. I personally have never seen anything like it, Measuring apprx. 218″ by 65″, or possibly the attached tag could be right… By 5 FT 3. An amazing amount of work & assorted designs on this cloth. It must have been made for someone so very wealthy. In mainly very good strong condition, there is one dark rust spot, about 1 & then a line that extends apprx. 10 so needs to be spot treated, some other storage stains & reattachments need , more minor. Many of the laces we are listing came from a very old lace collection. Laces were stored away for well over 60 -80 years. All were eventually kept in acid free tissue & acid free boxes.
