Rare KPM Berlin Porcelain Art Deco Couple Kiss Figurine Figure Porzellan Figur. This product data sheet is originally written in English. A very rare figurine very much in the Art Deco style of the period made by KPM during the Art Deco era. It is of a couple embraced in a passionate kiss standing with a baby in between them on top of a column on a rectangular base. Left in the white it makes quite the impression! One rarely sees pieces in this style by them. The figure is 13.25 inches tall with the base being 3 inches wide by 3.5 inches deep. The figurine is marked underneath with their under glaze blue scepter mark as well as various impressed numbers, etc. The artist name G. Wied is impressed into the base in the back as shown. The piece is in superb condition with a black kiln dust spot to the back and two firing cracks in the base inside which do not affect the piece at all!
