Rare Early Heals Antique Oak Hanging Cupboard. This is a super quality, solid oak late 19th century antique wardrobe / hanging cupboard by Ambrose Heal, one of his earliest designs, can be seen illustrated in the Heals book by Oliver Heal. In superb, original condition, this Heals antique wardrobe has a single panelled door with shaped sides and a bracketed base. Complete with the original Guild of Handicraft iron handle, backplate and with all the original brass hanging hooks and a hanging clothes rail. All pegged and in very clean condition. A lovely example of an early and documented piece of Heals antique oak furniture that is a very good original colour. Height: 165cm (65.48″) Width: 106cm (42.06″) Depth: 46cm (18.25).

Very Rare Early Heals Antique Mule Chest with Original Interior – Stamped. A very rare model of an early Ambrose Heal designed antique solid oak mule chest / bedding box that is in such fabulous, original condition and with the Heals makers stamp. Dates to around 1900, this antique Heals mule chest has a lift up top with the original quality hinges, inside is the original lift out storage compartment with a large free storage space beneath. To the lower front of the chest is a single deep drawer that runs well and has the original brass shaped handles. Beautifully made in solid, well chosen, quarter sawn oak timbers with the front stiles having channel mouldings. A great size that provides plenty of storage for a bedroom. A very rare and early piece of Heals antique furniture. Height: 77cm (30.56″) Width: 92cm (36.51″) Depth: 55cm (21.83).

Very Rare Early Heals Original Painted Antique Dressing Chest. A lovely very rare model of an early Heals antique dressing chest made in pine and cedar woods and still in the original paint finish. This rare Heals antique chest dates to 1910 and has three long and graduating drawers that all have the original cotton reel style handles. They three drawers run well and have fine, hand cut dovetails. To the chest top is a dressing mirror, the mirror can be angled to suit. All in excellent condition, a rare early Heals of London antique piece. Height: 136cm (53.97″) Width: 76.5cm (30.36″) Depth: 47cm (18.65). Height to the chest top is 84.5cm.

Very Rare & Early Heals of London Antique Oak Linen Press Cupboard – Stamped. A very high quality made late 19th century antique solid oak linen press by Heals of London, an Ambrose Heal design himself. A rare design, only two have ever been made. This Heals antique linen press cupboard is in amazing original condition throughout and is still in the original finish. Splits into three sections, the press cupboard top has raised panel doors with a large lift off cornice above. Inside are three original solid oak sliding press drawers. The lower section has two short drawers over two long drawers, they all run well, are clean inside and have the original brass knob handles. Stands on four original oak bun feet, this antique Heals linen press is beautifully decorated with box wood and ebony inlays. Stamped by the maker. A very rare large piece of Heals antique storage furniture. Height: 192cm (76.19″) Width: 134cm (53.17″) Depth: 56cm (22.22).

Very Rare Early Antique Heals Oak Chest of Drawers – Squashed Heart. Only a handful of this very rare early antique Heals oak chest of drawers was ever made. An early Ambrose Heal design, beautifully made in the best quality oak, still a fabulous, original colour. Featuring two short drawers over four long and graduating drawers, they all run very well, are lined in lovely chestnut and with the beautiful squashed heart shaped inset handles. In superb condition throughout and with an original mirror above the chest that is supported by columns. The sides of this rare Heals antique chest continue upwards beyond the chest top to form a galleried area. Stands well on shaped bracket plinth. A really special piece of Heals antique furniture, not had a squashed heart piece for a good number of years. Perfect for Valentines Day!
