Up for sale is a GORGEOUS early German Muller Volkstedt Dresden lace figurine of a lady. This beautiful piece stands approximately 9 inches tall and approximately 5.5 inches wide. She is wearing a ruffled lace cream colored dress with pink lace accents and a burgundy bodice and burgundy shoes. She has a beautiful pink ruffled lace neckline on her dress and pink ruffled lace sleeve caps. Her dress has gorgeous delicate applied porcelain tiny flowers scattered throughout. She has brown hair and with a gold bow. She has PERFECT OUTSTRETCHED arms and fingers. This figurine is made of solid porcelain and porcelain lace. This piece has the Muller Volkstedt Dresden crown mark on the bottom and signed Germany. It is from my parents private collection and is in OUTSTANDING CONDITION. I personally do not see any chips, cracks or repairs. This piece has so many beautiful ruffles that it is hard to see each one but PLEASE review all of the pictures because they are part of the description and you can make your own decision. Featuring a Antique Royal Dux sculpture of a man holding a large basket figurine. He is wearing gold colored clothing that have floral accents throughout. The piece has a matte bisque finish; handmade, sculpted and painted in Bohemia Czechoslovakia. Light pink triangle Makers mark on the sole with the letter E at the center. In excellent pre owned condition with no major chips, scuffs, discoloration or cracks to the paint or porcelain exterior. Very minor spotting on the basket interior. Beautiful shape considering the vintage; please see photos. 2 Lbs 5.8 oz Weight pre packaging. This is a masterfully made antique piece with high quality porcelain. Pelusa Clown With Fox is a VERY RARE sought-after vintage Lladro figurine. Lladro Index Number #1125. Year of introduction: 1971. Year of retirement: 1978. Height: 12.25 inches. Pelusa the clown with a fox in his hand is a rare retired piece. The Spanish word for’clown’ is’payaso’ so I’m guessing’Pelusa’ – the Spanish word for’Fluff’ – is the clown’s name. The business was started near Valencia, Spain, in 1953 by three brothers: Juan, Jose and Vicente. After a few years of making vases and jugs, they began to make figurines like this one. The piece features the third Lladro mark, dating it to the early 70s. The blue Lladro stamp has been used since 1971 and appears on all its superior products. When they produced’seconds’ they did not use this distinctive blue logo on the bottom. IS IT A NAO? Lladro also makes Nao pieces – less expensive and not of the same quality. Collectors do not consider Nao figurines to be’proper’ Lladro figurines. WHY DOES IT HAVE A HOLE IN THE BASE (AND WHY DOES IT RATTLE)? This is not a defect and is quite common with all fine porcelain. Many pieces have a “breathing hole” in the base to allow steam to escape during the firing process. The process of “punching” this hole in the base before firing displaces a tiny plug of porcelain to the inside of the hollow figurine; that tiny porcelain bit hardens with firing, causing the distinctive rattle. WILL YOU POST OVERSEAS? Yes, though I’m afraid it can be quite expensive because so much care is needed in the packaging. Please don’t hesitate to ask me. ANY OTHER FIGURINES FOR SALE? Ultra Rare Clear Light Pink Pair of Two Kids Figurine. With Built-In Flower Frog Depression Era 1920/30’s. This is two ultra rare light Pink clear art deco figurines with built-in flower frogs. These are very rare because they have the. Oval Flower Frog Base. These figurines are called the Two Kids because one child or Kid is holding a baby goat or Kid, hence the Two Kids. The boy is nude and nursing the baby goat. This pair is absolutely gorgeous in this condition. These flower frogs were made in the Depression Era 1920/30’s between the two World Wars. They are 80 or 90 years old, almost 100 years old. These have been in my collection for a long time, but now some one else can enjoy these lovely figurine flower frogs in their collection. This Two Kids f. Being in good condition for its age and with the oval base, makes them very rare. Cambridge Glass only made a few of these which makes them very rare, you never see them for sale they are so scarce. They look lovely on a stand or in a bowl. Please note the stands in some of the photos are not for sale, they have been included to show how they would display on stands if you have them. The Two Kids figurines has a built in flower frog and stands 9 inches. The flower frog measures. Or 12.5cm across and. These Two Kids figurines are in very good condition, there are no chips, cracks or repairs on the figurines or flower frogs. The glass from this Era does have air bubbles and a few smooth mould lines in them, but the air bubbles and mould lines are not damage. Have a look at all the photos to see the lovely colour and condition. Igurine flower frogs are pink, not. It is hard to get good photos to show the true colour. I know what it is like to get broken items and feel bitterly disappointed when they are not wrapped properly. I will double box this lovely pair of clear Pink Two Kids. To protect it, and make sure you get it in the same beautiful condition it is in now.
