Rare 17th Century Antique Early Delft Tile Dutch Angel Riding Dolphin. This is a beautiful and very well painted 17th century antique Delft tile featuring an angel cupid? The tile is decorated with “ox-head” corner pattern and is in good condition without restoration. Wear consistent with age. One corner has some damage (photo 4). The back of the tile is lined with felt that I just partially removed to take a photo. I decided to leave on the tile. Size: 5″ x 5″ x 0.5.
