In the Heart of the Potteries. Goebel Lady Figure’At The Tea Dance 1928. For sale we have this wonderful. This stunning figure’At The Tea Dance’ is part of the Fashion on Parade series and is representing the dress from 1928. By 1928, a flapper on the town in a bare-shouldered shift was a familiar site. Even the necklines plunged a little deeper, very risque and alluring for the times. This lady has the classic’20’s bob hairdo (also very daring). The dress is a lovely rose color and her shoes are black with an ankle strap. The side of her skirt has a cream colored sash that is attached to one side – very elegant. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or restoration (see photos). 20.5cm Tall approx. On all domestic pottery orders! (excluding furniture items unless stated).
