Early Rare vintage ANTS school chart lithograph educational 1900s ANTIQUE

For sale here is a wonderful rare vintage pull down school chart of. This chart is by Franz Engleder and was printed and distributed by JF Schrieber around the late 1800s to early 1900s. Width:(including poles):107cm. (canvas 105cm x 76cm). This lovely lithograph was made by German botanist Franz Engleder who was commissioned to produce 60 school charts spanning zoology and botany. It features lovely illustrations of ants. Printed on paper it is backed with canvas and has black painted wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright this is in part due to the painstaking lithographic technique of printing. This chart is not new, so please be sure to check all photos. There is wear in keeping with its age. This chart is in good condition though obviously there are some signs of wear most notably on the edges. I have strengthen ares of weakness with crossweave filament tape on the back to prevent any further wear. However some wear is to be expected, after all it is over 120 years old. For sale here is a wonderful rare vintage pull down school chart of. This chart is by Franz Engleder and was printed and distributed by JF Schrieber around the late 1800s to early 1900s. Width:(including poles):88cm. (canvas 79cm x 98cm). This lovely lithograph was made by German botanist Franz Engleder who was commissioned to produce 60 school charts spanning zoology and botany. It features lovely illustrations of the common frog and toad. Printed on paper it is backed with canvas and has black painted wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright this is in part due to the painstaking lithographic technique of printing. This chart is not new, so please be sure to check all photos. There is wear in keeping with its age. For sale here is an original vintage roll down school chart of. GORILLA – JUNG, KOCH, QUENTELL. Produced by Frommann & Morian in conjunction withHagemann in Dusseldorf, Germany in the 1940s or possibly the army 1950s. This beautifully illustrated lithograph shows the the gorilla, it is one of the earliest versions of this chart. Width (including poles):95cm. (without poles 85cm x 105cm). Printed on paper, it is backed with canvas and has black wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright. There is some wear that comes with age. This chart is in good condition there are some creases and signs of wear but that is to be expected in a chart that is over 70 years old. These old charts were produced as educational tools for schools and colleges by. Teacher Heinrich Jung, artist and biologist Gottlieb von Koch and. College director, Doctor Friedrich Quentell. For sale here is an original. Vintage roll down school chart of. This beautifully illustrated chart shows the anatomy of the starfish against a dark background. This is one of the earliest versions of this chart. It is landscape rather than portrait, this change happened when Hagemann came on board with the production. Width (including poles): 113cm. (canvas: 110 x 82cm). CONDITION Printed on paper and backed with canvas, this chart has a black wooden dowel at the top and the bottom. It has spent most of it’s life rolled up in a cupboard. So the colours are still fresh and bright. Obviously these charts are not new. There is often light wear that comes with use on these charts. This chart is in good vintage condition, there are a few creases across the chart and some signs of wear to the edges and top-middle, but this is such a rare chart we think that can be forgiven. Produced by Frommann & Morian and Hagemann in Dusseldorf, Germany in the 1920’s or 30’s this is one of the first versions of this chart and is a collectors piece. This beautifully illustrated chart shows jellyfish. Width (including poles):93cm/36. (without poles 85cm x 106cm). Printed on paper, it is backed with canvas and has black wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright.
