CIRCA 1890’S THIS WELCH / DUNLOP PUMP IS ULTRA RARE. SEVEN AND THREE QUATER INCHES LONG (197mm). A DUST CAP COVER ROTATES TO ALLOW THE ADAPTOR TUBE TO BE SCREWED IN. THE ADAPTER SITS INSIDE A CARRIER THAT PULLS FROM THE HANDLE. THE ADAPTER TUBE CAN BE EASILY RESTORED. THE WELCH – DUNLOP TYPE SCRIPT IS NOW FEINT. USUALLY STRAPPED WITH 2 LEATHER BELTS TO YOUR BICYCLE, OR CARRIED SEPARATELY. FINDING ANOTHER WILL DIFFICULT. Post to all countries. On posting day I will send tracking details. This listing is for a N. RARE Antique Bicycle Bell unique mould piece display. It is an excellent Early American Accessory, made in Connecticut USA circa 1887. It is on a folk art style plaque, which is inscribed, N. Hill Brass Co Bycicle Mold East Hampton Conn. I have not seen another quite like it. It is an excellent item for collectors of bicycle memorabilia / antiques, gifting, display/ decor, gifting, and much more! Perhaps they could be turned into some musical machine or sculpture as well that can actually play notes- the possibilities are endless! It is in great antique condition. It could be re-mounted on a more professional looking plaque, but the original has a certain charm to it. If that is the case- In a sense they are New old stock. I believe they are in fact a mould component due to the thickness of the center shaft connecting them, its a large amount of brass to waste every time you cast. They have a pleasing patina, I have not cleaned them at all to not disturb it. Cleaning is at buyers discretion. Thank you for your consideration, reasonable offers always considered. Nice early pump in good/fair condition as seen in photos. Dates back to the late 1800s or very early 1900s. Pump base is marked F. Was not able to find any info on this company. Dimensions are shown in the last 3 photos. I do my best to write accurate descriptions and mention any damage or other issues, but please use the photos to judge the overall condition for yourself. Up for your consideration is this antique Hine Watt Chicago bicycle lantern, the top rests there and not sure if it attaches, there are some dents on base, on lid, and wear here and there as shown.
