RARE Antique Early 1900’s Tire Air Pump Hand Tool F. P. System Automobile Bicycle

Nice early pump in good/fair condition as seen in photos. Dates back to the late 1800s or very early 1900s. Pump base is marked F. Was not able to find any info on this company.
