Rare Antique 1890’s Early Roger&Gallet Perfume Display. Treasure Chest BOX ONLY. Up for sale a very rare antique empty perfume presentation box by Roger & Gallet. Elegant wooden chest-shaped box with rounded edges and lock, lined in burgundy paper textured to resemble Russian leather and decorated with gold-embossed fleur-de-lis motifs. The interior features a delicate gold floral design, and a round embossed gold paper label stands out on the front, inscribed with: “Roger & Gallet // Paris” and the intertwined initials “RG” at the center. Made in France by Roger & Gallet, ca. 7-7/8 x 3-5/8 x 1-11/16 (20 x 9 x 4.5 cm). The box shows some wear on the edges, label, and base. Missing key (easy to replace).
