These shoes are identical. A collector told me that these. Were made before right and left shoes. Were made in different patterns. These are the same pattern. (no left or right). These were worn by my grandfather. In Missouri in the late 1800’s. Constructed with tiny brass eyelets. With the original laces. 6.5″ long x 2″ wide x 7 tall. Unpolished – the leather has not been treated. Happy to answer your questions.

ALL BUTTONS SENT OUT OF THE UNITED STATES MUST BE INSURED….. SIZE: 1 AND 11/16 INCHES. CONDITION: VERY GOOD CONDITION… THIS BUTTON IS RARE. THERE ARE REPRODUCTIONS OF THE GLASS PIECE BUT THE COLORS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THIS ONE IS A GOLD COLOR WITH PINK HUES. IT’S NOT CARNIVAL GLASS, AND IT’S NOT SPRAYED ON. WHEN YOU TURN THE GLASS DIFFERENT WAYS, YOU GET MORE PINK. AND OTHER WAYS IT’S GOLD WITH PINK AT THE TOP. I TESTED IT WITH SIMI CHROME AND IT DOES TEST POSITIVE FOR BAKELITE. I BELIEVE THIS IS AFTER 1920. I KNOW IT LOOKS LIKE IT’S MISSING A STUD, BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE BACK PICTURE YOU CAN SEE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF DRILL HOLES FOR EACH STUD. THESE ALSO COME IN A GORGEOUS BLUE / PURPLE COMBINATION IF YOU ARE EVER LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND ONE. NO CHIPS OR CRACKS. THE LINE AT THE BOTTOM IS PART OF THE PATTERN. THIS BUTTON REALLY GLOWS! The left ear is little torn, there is a small hole on forehead and on one of the back legs. Stitch repair tummy seam and very small stitch repair top if leg. All small please see photos to show. Balding to fur on face can be expected for over 100 years old.
