Our Very Rare antique steiff teddy Petsy bear is absolutely gorgeous! She is GERMAN MOHAIR BLUE-EYED “PETSY” BEAR BY STEIFF. Blond mohair distinctively-modeled bear was designed as a baby cub bear, having center seam with elongated nose, stitched light brown nose tip, grand-sized with very rare beautiful blue glass eyes, elongated arms with shoulder disc jointing, hip disc jointing felt paw pads with no holes With original Steiff underscore button in ear. Some thinning of mohair around muzzle and Body in general and sadly the growler inside doesnt work! German Steiff, marketed as Petsy and with unique facial modeling and grand eyes was introduced in 1928, and is very rare. We are looking for a lovely home for Petsy and we hope youd love her as much as we have done! The white and blue collar is not original and can be taken off, but it really suits her. RARE Early STEIFF Antique 9 Long Mohair JOINTED TEDDY BEAR Hump Back with Growler

Early Antique Steiff Teddy Bear. Presented for your consideration is this antique teddy bear. The bear could be an early Steiff or something else, we are not sure. It has a jointed body with long blond mohair, tan pads and embroidered nose and claws. The bear is completed with glass eyes and is stuffed with straw. It has a hump back with a growler inside of the belly. The growler can be felt but unfortunately is no longer working. The body is jointed at the legs, arms and head. All joints move with ease. The button in ear tag is missing but the original red embroidering is still in the ear where the button would have been. The bear comes from a CLEAN, SMOKE FREE environment. This RARE early teddy bear would make a great addition to any stuffed animal or Steiff collection! Some wear is on the pads of the feet and hands. As previously stated the growler is no longer working and the button in ear tag is missing. A very small tear is in one of the hands. Otherwise the bear is free of rips and tears. Light wear from age and play. Overall in VERY GOOD condition for its age. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details. Measures 5″ from hand to hand, 3″ from the front of the nose to the back of the head and 9 tall. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Yura Steiff Centre Seam Polar Bear, Very Rare Early Antique Teddy, 1908-1917

This is Yura, a very early and rare, jointed Steiff Polar Bear. In Inuit, her name means “One Who Is Beautiful”, and she truly is wonderful. She would be great anyway, but what makes her extra special is that her head has a centre-seam. Her limbs are jointed, and her neck was constructed with a special ball-joint, meaning that it can be manipulated to allow her to look up, down and side to side. Her squeaker no longer works, and two of her felt pads are torn, but other than a small stain under her neck and some very small holes close to her shoulder joint shes in really nice condition. Rare early BING teddy bear c1910

Franz is a super antique BING teddy bear c1910 measuring around 20 with approx. 65% of his light golden mohair remaining all of his pads are original with some old repairs his nose is original with remains of light brown felt underling. Franz is solidly stuffed with wood wool his growler no longer growlers but can be heard rattling around when he’s shaken. He has the typical BING seams running up the backs of his legs with a lovely long prominent snout and large cupped ears. Condition is excellent overall Used. Standing about 12 is this precious very rare old steiff fully jointed rare teddy bear circa 1910 WIth ID in excellent used overall condition with mohair thinning overall and as shown overall no obvious wear, couple small bald spots but not that obvious either. Paw pads original wow and excellent , couple tiny marks left foot pad as shown. Please see all photos carefully.
