This STUNNING bottle has an intricate portrait cameo on each side of the hand cut crystal body. This type scent bottle was made as early as 1770 and was made in both England and France. The silver rim of this bottle is marked with a single French hallmark and similar bottles were known to have been made by the Baccarat factory. This RARE bottle would be a treasured addition to any advanced scent bottle collection. Due to the process involved in making these cameo scent bottles, few were made and seldom do they become available even to advanced collectors.
