Up for sale is a very rare antique early 19th century handmade American forged brass door lock. It’s crafted out of thick brass by hand, has good weight, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. It is a unique form with two handmade brass keys that are both needed to operate the mechanism. The piece is in good working condition and measures 3 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide.
