Really cool embossed school bus turnaround sign. Unsure of the exact age but it’s definitely a pretty early one. It weighs a little over 10 pounds so it’s a heavy sign.

For sale here is a wonderful rare vintage pull down school chart of. This chart is by Franz Engleder and was printed and distributed by JF Schrieber around the late 1800s to early 1900s. Width:(including poles):107cm. (canvas 105cm x 76cm). This lovely lithograph was made by German botanist Franz Engleder who was commissioned to produce 60 school charts spanning zoology and botany. It features lovely illustrations of ants. Printed on paper it is backed with canvas and has black painted wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright this is in part due to the painstaking lithographic technique of printing. This chart is not new, so please be sure to check all photos. There is wear in keeping with its age. This chart is in good condition though obviously there are some signs of wear most notably on the edges. I have strengthen ares of weakness with crossweave filament tape on the back to prevent any further wear. However some wear is to be expected, after all it is over 120 years old. Rare 18th/ Early 19th Miniature Sz School Girl Sampler w Bird, Flowers & Alphabet

Rare small size school girl sampler. Rare to be this small and very narrow form. Sampler itself measures just 3 1/4 inches across by 6 3/4 inches tall. Has multi colored cross stitching of the alphabet, with small motifs down below of what looks to be a bird, flowers and other things. Nice primary colors of blue, red, green, and yellow. One light color looks to be faded. It is set in a bit of a little later frame. The frame measures 7 1/8 inches across by 11 1/8 inches tall. Looks to be in great condition, and stitched on homespun linen. On the backside is handwritten Early Sampler, not a family piece. I have not taken it out of the frame so as not to disturb it. My opinion is to date it late 18th to early- mid 19th century. Super sweet and rare size. For sale here is an original vintage roll down school chart of. GORILLA – JUNG, KOCH, QUENTELL. Produced by Frommann & Morian in conjunction withHagemann in Dusseldorf, Germany in the 1940s or possibly the army 1950s. This beautifully illustrated lithograph shows the the gorilla, it is one of the earliest versions of this chart. Width (including poles):95cm. (without poles 85cm x 105cm). Printed on paper, it is backed with canvas and has black wooden poles top and bottom. This chart has spent most of its life rolled up in a school cupboard so the colours are still bright. There is some wear that comes with age. This chart is in good condition there are some creases and signs of wear but that is to be expected in a chart that is over 70 years old. These old charts were produced as educational tools for schools and colleges by. Teacher Heinrich Jung, artist and biologist Gottlieb von Koch and. College director, Doctor Friedrich Quentell. The dark background acts as a chalk board which allowed teachers. To annotate them during the lesson. First published by Frommann and Morian in the early 1900’s Hagemann became involved in the production around 1945 first in conjunction with Frommann and Morian then on their own from around 1963. Superb excellent condition old (circa 1900) Smiths Enfield railway / school wall clock. The dial face (not including the outer edge exceptional quality wood surround) is 12 inches in diameter. Please note the original movement has been removed and has been replaced with a battery movement. This fine and rare example of a clock comes fully working. For sale here is an original. Vintage roll down school chart of. This beautifully illustrated chart shows the anatomy of the starfish against a dark background. This is one of the earliest versions of this chart. It is landscape rather than portrait, this change happened when Hagemann came on board with the production. Width (including poles): 113cm. (canvas: 110 x 82cm). CONDITION Printed on paper and backed with canvas, this chart has a black wooden dowel at the top and the bottom. It has spent most of it’s life rolled up in a cupboard. So the colours are still fresh and bright. Obviously these charts are not new. There is often light wear that comes with use on these charts. This chart is in good vintage condition, there are a few creases across the chart and some signs of wear to the edges and top-middle, but this is such a rare chart we think that can be forgiven. RARE Early Pair of Lenci Children School Girl and School Boy TWINS Must see

School Girl and School Boy. These adorable Lenci Twins deserve to be kept together, having survived nearly 100 years in such wonderful condition. Both are 17-inch model # 300 Lencis sometimes described as the School Girl or Sweater Girl and School Boy or Sweater Boy. Their beautiful features are all-original and unretouched and they have full heads of rich light-brown mohair the girl wearing pigtails (with replacement ribbons) and the boy tousled curls. Dressed in matching pale blue pullover sweaters, these sweeties may be wearing homemade finely-knit sweaters that differ from the sweater styles usually found on the Lenci schoolchildren. The girls sweater is long-sleeved and worn over a Peter Pan collar felt top, while the boys sweater is a V-neck vest worn over a long-sleeved buttoned felt shirt. The girls top is attached by a button to her box-pleated skirt, and underneath she wears felt knickers which are identical to the shorts that the boy is wearing. They have their original leather shoes, but are wearing replacement socks. The girl is wearing a home-made knit beret. These dolls both have light shelf-dust and there is some smudging on their faces which I have not attempted to remove because it doesnt bother me at all. Both sweaters have some small holes in the knit but there is no moth damage to any of the felt. These dolls are amazing and will bring much joy to any Lenci or other doll collection that they join!
