Rare Royal Doulton Seriesware Antique Miniature/Tiny Jug – Welsh Ladies. Scenes/Titles: Girl running to seated woman / Woman with hand on hip, another nearby. Series Issued: 1906, extended 1911 and 1938 and withdrawn during WW2 This piece can be dated to pre 1922. Height: 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm), Width: (including handle) 1 5/8 inches (4.1 cm), Base Diameter: 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) approx. Excellent Condition Assured – No cracks, chips, scratches, restoration or any other kind of damage. Some very fine, clean, micro crazing evident, detected under magnification, barely noticeable to the naked eye, see pics. The white areas towards the top of the handle are paint miss and NOT paint loss as they appear to be under glaze.
