Antique vintage gold metal lace braid ribbon tape trim. Rare mysterious early china boy doll Meissen? For the knowing collector. This for sure very early rare boy is giving some enigma of it´s maker. Having the crossed swords inside it´s head what could attribute him to Dornheim, Koch & Fischer. Dornheim, Koch & Fischer was a small German doll head maker wellknown for it´s high quality and very rare. Meissen would be a little sensation. I leave it to the knowing collector to evaluate. The head is fine molded and painted. Blue expressive eyes with red line. Fine painted and molded moth giving the impression of a slight smiling. Unfortunately a piece of shoulder is brocken off, a tiny part is missing. A nearly not to see hairline crack on the neck runs up to the hairdo on the back. Early great leatherbody in great condition for age with fine fingers and wasp waist. Marks and holes where the head was attached shows that the head allways originally has been attached to this body. However this is a rare early china doll for the appreciative collector of early china dolls. Size Head: 4.1/2 – 11.5 cm. Size Body: 14 – 35 cm. Size Head + Body: 17-1/4 – 44 cm. Condition: with normal signs due to age, minimal disparitys or fails can be found caused to natural of item. More Arms – Legs – Heads – Eyes – on request. Original – not new or repainted. Really beautiful, Circa 1850, pink tint covered wagon china doll. Only 7 tall, the detail on her face is amazing! Appears to have original body but the hands may have been replaced. I believe her dress is old but may not be as old as she is. Underclothes appear to be original. China is in good shape. I believe shes a Kestner. Transitional or early Kangxi period. Nice and beautiful addition all over the bowl and a nice Symbol in the interior. The bowl came from a lot of Bleu de Hue porcelain so more then probably the additions were done in South East Asia. / / Overall Condition Some age signs to the additions. 17th century Qing (1661 – 1912) Ming (1368 – 1620) Transitional (1620 – 1661). We can not control this. For China (& rest of Asia) & US allow at least 2 to 3 weeks. Depending on the situation it can take up to 1.5 month. This also influences the tracking data shown online. Rare Chinese short sword called paidao – China, 2nd half 19th early 20th. Traditionaly this sword was used in combination with a round shield made of rattan. The whole shape and material used make me think it is related to the Southern China, especially the North of Tonkin area. Heavy single edged blade, very thick at the forte. The grip is made of wood. Antique Early China Doll C. 1880-1890s Rare Sawdust Hour Glass Body, LeatherArms

Antique China Doll, 21German Hertwig. 1870s-1890s China shoulder plate, china flat shoes, leather arms, original sawdust stuffed body with a nice shape and small waistline. The linen on the body still has a sheen in material. Meet Rose she has cotton tucks bloomers, white eyelet cotton petticoat with tucks and lace, a green Calico skirt and Edwardian style Juliet sleeves blouse, adorned with an antique green velvet ribbon bow, antique green ribbon trim and valiance lace. Her sweet face is complemented by a charming Maroon Velvet Antique Bonnet Hat, (Artist made by dove) with a Vintage Tatted lace lining, vintage tiny roses and berries. She has beautiful black lace gloves. Rose has black hair with a deep center part she has one stroke eyebrows. She has exposed ears, red high liner eye lids, red nostrils, pretty blue eyes and apple cheeks! She has large flat feet/shoes, (the black is rough and worn), she has cobalt blue garter laces at the knee. Repair/crack to china right calf. Hair rubs on back of china head, tiny fire spots all giving her character and charmshe has a discolored pinky finger and the ring finger on left hand. She has had minor reinforcement repairs to her arms. Her cloths all have minimal stains consummate with their age. You might want to wash/ soak some of her clothing as I did not attempt. Rose is from my collection, she is a beauty and remarkably, in good shape, for her age. Thank you for your consideration. Rare 13 antique china doll with unusual hairstyle that I havent had before. Please note that she has an early repair to her shoulderplate area. Her original dress covers this up nicely though. She has an original body and limbs. The body isnt leaking but has been reinforced at both of the knee areas. There is a small original dot flaw on one of her cheeks.
