In good antique condition. Estimated mid to late Victorian. Even though dated 1793 I cannot confirm if this is when this example was created, please keep this in mind when viewing. In need of a good clean, residue from sellotape used many years ago. Some signs of age related wear. One Chip on the inside Rim of jug (please see picture 8). Size/measurements reference in Pictures. Rare Blue Toby Jug English Staffordshire Pearlware Antique Early 19th Century

A rare Toby jug model I have been unable to find another example of. With underglaze painted bowtie and further detailing along with blue colouring in a pearl glaze. Produced circa 1820 but perhaps slightly earlier. In good overall condition with no chips, just a hairline crack to the underside. Height: 21 cm – Base diameter: 11 cm – Max diameter (approx): 16 cm.
