Super high quality early break arch clock dial face circa 1740. Engraved makers initials to rear JR. Thick heavy hand beaten brass dial plate. Foliate engraving, wheat sheaf edging. Incorporates rare hand painted lunar calendar dial with 29 days with painted disc 2 moons. Great project or restoration piece or simply fitted with quartz movement for display purposes.
