Rare And Early Wooden 400 Day, Torsion, Anniversary Four Glass Clock. A very rare and early 400 Day, Torsion, Anniversary clock. Not seen one like this before, nicely made by’Badische U hrenfabrik’ who I believe were German makers? Their logo (‘B’ in a crescent moon) is found on the movement. The movement itself is in good sleepy condition but would require a full clean and service for it to work well. The disc pendulum is spinning a little whilst there has been a repair at the top of it (see photos). This movement is very unusual as it has Lantern pinions almost unknown on Torsion clocks. There is also a very unusual top crest to it, must be quite rare. Nice original disc pendulum while the dial is not the usual one that you see, possibly celluloid and is nicely patterned while the hands are nicely shaped. The four glass case is wooden which has been stained/polished red, so will need repolishing as it has scuffs, dings and scratches consistent with age. All four glasses are present, the front of which is bevelled. A nice early and rare model of a popular genre of clocks. Measures 12in tall x 6.25in wide x 6.25in deep approx. I do not sell reproduction items or copies, I also do not clean or restore my items but prefer to offer them in a genuinely sleepy state ready for professional restoration. Very Rare Early 1900 Korean Folk Item “Hussy” Wooden Container Box for Needlework, Thimble, needle and thread. The box is very nicely decorated on outside with Chinese characters and flower petals with double happiness in center of box. There are two sliding doors inside of box with Chinese characters but it looks like sliding doors are damaged. The item is in good condition overall for age with wear, nicks, chips, loss of paint, loss of wood and broken sliding doors. Please see photos as part of description. Lovely Rare Stoneware Vase. It has a full Martin Brothers mark on its base as you can see in the pics. It is a lovely vase with incised geometric type decoration. Approximately 24 cm tall. It is in good condition. It has some wear and a firing mark on the base and rim. I believe that the rim has a restored hairline also. The photos give an accurate representation. Listed for sale is a rare and early 1955 Eames DTM20 by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller. The table is novel in that it folds flat. It has a white top and looks really superb. It is a fabulous example and ready to use! This table is fully labelled, includes all of its original straps, and is stamped DTM20 into the wood construction. The Eames DCM featured is not included. Table dimensions are 34 w x 34 d x 28.5 h. Very little if any noticeable wear. Metal parts are all original and table is stamped DTM20. Listed for sale is an original walnut Eames CTW coffee table, produced by Evans approx. This particular example is all original and in superb condition. The table has been well cared for and shows only light wear. These tables are becoming increasingly rare, especially those in condition as nice as this one. Some light wear noted.
