Rare HUMPHREYS' No 30 Bottle withCANNABIS, HARD To Find EARLY VARIANT See PHOTOS
Rare HUMPHREYS’ No 30 Bottle w/CANNABIS, HARD To Find EARLY VARIANT See PHOTOS! Label clearly states primary ingredient was Cannab. (CANNABIS SATIVA) among other things, internal vial will be labeled the same way. This was marketed by the Humphrey Homeopathic Company as a preparation to prevent bed-wetting or other diseases of the bladder. NOTE: this is NOT to be confused with the much later number 30 variants where spanish fly is substituted for the cannabis ingredients. Also, this example is one of the earlier style wrapper only outer packages that was produced by this Company and has a pull string for opening it up, the later ones were labeled very similar but in square boxed packages instead. Now, I’ve had both variants of this item in the past and both are equally hard if not impossible to find anymore in this kind of shape!! Condition is excellent, small area on top where a rodent possibly chewed through package but still basically new unopened stock. Pretty cool that it has the original grease pen price of 30 cents written across label!! See all photos for condition clarification, this is the item you will receive. Overall length is about 2-5/8 inches, about 3/4 inch in diameter. This item REALLY needs to be on display in a MEDICAL museum. Follow your instincts on this one, you won’t be disappointed!!!! Please, see all photos for condition clarification, my photos are an important part of my description, so view accordingly!! RARE SIZE & PATTERN Early 1800s Pennsylvania Redware Slipware Plate 6 3/4 NM
Early 1800’s Pennsylvania Redware slipware plate. This is a rare size and measures only 6 3/4 in diameter. Beautiful pumpkin color with vibrant yellow slip. The yellow slip decoration is in a very rare three line swirl design. Very finely done uniform coggling around the rim. The plate has a few very fine scratches, and crazing consistent with age. There is one very small area of glaze loss in the center of the plate. No chips, hairlines, or repairs. Guaranteed to be a very rare and early plate. I collected slipware for almost 40 years and had an extensive collection of plates. This is the best of the best. Offered at a fraction of what I paid, and a fraction if its current value. This and one other spectacular plate that I have yet to list are the gems of my collection. Rare And Early Wooden 400 Day, Torsion, Anniversary Four Glass Clock
Rare And Early Wooden 400 Day, Torsion, Anniversary Four Glass Clock. A very rare and early 400 Day, Torsion, Anniversary clock. Not seen one like this before, nicely made by’Badische U hrenfabrik’ who I believe were German makers? Their logo (‘B’ in a crescent moon) is found on the movement. The movement itself is in good sleepy condition but would require a full clean and service for it to work well. The disc pendulum is spinning a little whilst there has been a repair at the top of it (see photos). This movement is very unusual as it has Lantern pinions almost unknown on Torsion clocks. There is also a very unusual top crest to it, must be quite rare. Nice original disc pendulum while the dial is not the usual one that you see, possibly celluloid and is nicely patterned while the hands are nicely shaped. The four glass case is wooden which has been stained/polished red, so will need repolishing as it has scuffs, dings and scratches consistent with age. All four glasses are present, the front of which is bevelled. A nice early and rare model of a popular genre of clocks. Measures 12in tall x 6.25in wide x 6.25in deep approx. I do not sell reproduction items or copies, I also do not clean or restore my items but prefer to offer them in a genuinely sleepy state ready for professional restoration. I often do have items for sale that are in superb’ready to use’ condition and have many satisfied clients built up over 20 years. Please see my feedback. I always pack my items very well and securely using appropriate materials. Please note that as all shippers refuse to insure antique clocks in transit I cannot offer a guarentee for their safe arrival, but will always ensure that they are well protected in transit and with a recognised courier. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact me first so that I can have the opportunity to arrange a solution.
