This is a very unique and early time period cast iron spittoon. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, holes, or structural rust. There may be some minor signs of wear due to age. The top is coated with an enamel coating. The rest of the piece is raw cast iron and is very heavy! This is a very nice antique piece and would be a wonderful addition to any collection.

Please feel free to make an offer. As this is a very small size I believe this is an early rare Antique English Georgian Brass Tobacco Box. As tobacco was extremely expensive in early dates. In Expected used condition. For an item of this age & nature. There are some historical knocks & bangs. Also a crack or old casting fault. The lid is missing it’s. Top finial but it’s still a nice functional fit for purpose piece. The brass would benefit from a polish. Genuine Original Cast Iron Irish P&T Pole Mounted Post Box. Made by DERBY CASTINGS LIMITED DERBY. The firm Andrew Handyside was one of the earliest to cast post boxes. And went on to hold many GPO contracts, the company went into liquidation in 1930 and a new firm Derby Castings emerged in 1931 they cast some wall boxes and lamp boxes between 1931 and 1933 they only made a few P & T boxes then they ceased trading that makes this box very rare It has been fully refurbished i did not paint the inside as it was in good condition for its age. It has its original Hovis Chubb Lock and 1 chubb key and 2 cut keys. The original lock the bolt is longer but shorter in width very rare this type of lock as show in in photos, Tab Holder letter cage, Original enamel bi lingual place plate and a full set of original enamel day tabs with original brass holder and a new plastic place plate with a full set of Irish day tabs and 2 hoops 4no back plates 4 no dome nuts green or stainless steel to fill hole in side of box if hoops are not used It comes with a 1.9mtr long 115mm diameter steel pole for concreting in Or the pole can be shortened to 1,6mtrs with a base plate welded on to fix to a hard standing complete with all necessary security fixings bolts It also comes with a tin of touch paint. An original early to mid – Victorian black silk parasol with Turned Ebony Handle. In excellent antique condition. Black silk canopy with black tassel trim. The black silk is in excellent condition. Wooden gloss turned ebony handle. Height top to bottom 77cm. Spindles in the canopy measure 29cm. It has been lovingly looked after in my family over the years but now is the time to pass it on.

Early 19th Century Antique Brass Bell Weight 4LB – Very rare. Probably dates from around 1820. In beautiful used condition. Stamp mark on the top is for. Parnall & Sons of Narrow Wine St, Bristol. The Parnall Family branched out from St Austell in Cornwall to all parts of Cornwall, particularly St Gennys on the north coast, while William Parnall (the founder of Parnall and Sons Ltd) journeyed to Bristol to start a weights and measures business. Around 1820, that business started to expand, as it became more successful, extending the range of services to include cabinet making and shop fitting. Carpentry was at its heart. By 1880, Parnall & Sons Limited. Was one of the largest shop fitting companies in England with over 10,000 people employed all across the country. They had multiple premises in and around Bristol including Fishponds, Narrow Wine Street and Fairfax Street as well as branches in London and Swansea. William Parnall’s son, John Parnall, who is great grandfather to Mark Parnall, Founder of Parnall Group Ltd, expanded the business further and merged it with WT Avery. Another well-known weights and measures brand. The company later demerged but by 1913 the world had turned its attention to War and the pressure on the businesses to contribute to the war effort evolved. Wonderfully tactile object with a weight of history behind it.

3.5″ H and the base is roughly 2.75″ x 2.75. This rare collectible bank is likely 100+ years old and in excellent original, untouched condition with much of it’s original paint present. There is writing on the underside, which doesn’t seem to be a mark. A minor crack is forming at the bottom of the coin slot. Exceptional, Early and Rare piece for any bank collection!
