Up for sale is an exceptionally rare early woman college basketball lithograph depicting a female player holding a laced ball with a big smile. Behind her is a closed net basket with the schools logo located low left. This lithograph is dated 1911 and serves as a wonderful example of the evolution of the game especially for women’s sports at the turn of the century. Eckert Lithographic Company. Signed by the artist in the plate “A Enroth”as seen top right the print is in overall just lovely condition and the finest example I have been able to locate. Resting in a gold wood frame measuring 32.5 x 24.5 inches the lithograph measures 22 x 14 inches. The Billiken is an early 20th century mascot invented by artist Florence Pritz intended to bring luck, happiness, and well wishes to all who cross the fellow’s path. The Billiken is a small, squat character that sits with closed eyes and large grin. There were little tokens and dolls of the Billiken everywhere and he even graced the side of household items like a wine bottle coaster. These phrases could also refer to wine! Rare Antique Royal Albert Crocus Bone China Coffee Duo 1931 – Reg 769206. Absolutely stunning and in fantastic condition. Condition is used but excellent for age with minimal signs of use / wear, no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs and the gold gilt is intact with minimal signs of wear, the cup rings true and the backstamps match, this is an antique piece and may have antique marks, please review pictures. Registration number dates the piece to 1931, this is a lovely rare set by Royal Albert in the beautiful Crocus pattern. Approximate dimension’s below.. Cup – Height 6cm, Diameter 5.8cm. Please note the condition – there is loose stitching around the brim, one of the embellishments is hanging off, and the leather interior is badly cracked. It’s also quite dusty. I’ve pictured all of these things for your consideration, so please see the pics. This is a great piece of history for the collector. I could not find another Tardan hat of this age.

This tin cake pan is approximately 7″ x 7″, 1-1/2 deep. It is unusual that instead of being flat, it is domed. Good condition with wear to be expected for its age. I have cleaned it, a bit of surface rust remains. A big thank you to all my wonderful customers for making this store possible!
