Judging by the blade, tail and scales, this is a VERY old straight. Although it’s not marked as such, this is certainly a razor made in Great Britain. The blade has clearly been polished. There are some removable pits in the metal. The original horn scales are in spectacular condition given the age – some chips are present and visible in the photos. There is hone wear to the razor since these photos were taken in order to hone the razor to shave ready.
