Rare Early Antique Pair of Worcester Dr Wall Period Pre-1793 Sauce / Gravy Boats. Description: For your consideration is a pair of Rare Early Antique Pair of Worcester Dr Wall Period Pre-1793 Sauce / Gravy Boats. These are extremely rare pair of sauce/gravy boats are from Dr. The outside of these sauce/gravy boats are decorated with white high glazed roses & fuchsias, blue flowers by spout and handle. The inside of these boats are decorated in dark blue underglaze tranfer pattern of flowers. The boats are about 6 & 3/4th inches long from mouth to handle and about 3 & 3/4th inches high. Each are shaped to have four peaks around the rim. Each have four peaks around the rim and a big thumb rest. Remarkable condition as they are about 250 years old. One is in perfect condition. The other has a tiny chip on one of the peaks – otherwise in perfect condition. Please look at pictures as they accurately depict the beauty and condition of the set.
