Rare Antique (1920s) Pink Queen Anne English Bone China Gold Gilded Tea Set
Fantastic very rare pink colour antique (1920s) Queen Anne English fine bone china gold gilded twelve piece tea set in lovely condition generally without any chips or cracks or crazing other than a non malignant hairline crack in a single cup as shown in the last photograph attached. A superb set that has been in my family from the outset and I hope to find it a good home. The set is very generously gold gilded and despite its age it is in impeccable condition without any wear to the gold gilding. The photos are an accurate description. Queen Anne was one of the trade names of Shore & Coggins Limited who produced china ware in their Edensor Works, New Street and the High Street Works, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The firm dates back to 1887 when it was known as J. In 1905 a new partnership was formed with Shore, Coggins & Holt, this partnership survived 5 years until 1910 when John William Holt left and Shore & Coggins Limited was formed. (who were aquirinf a number of other pottery businesses). The Wild group expanded the business and intriduced the’Bell China’ trade name. Queen Anne’ and’Princess Anne’ trade names were introduced after the Second World War. In 1966 there was reorganisation of the Wild subsidiary companies (now under the control of Allied English Potteries) which included the closure of the works of Chapmans (Longton) Ltd and Shore & Coggins Ltd. The’Queen Anne’ trade name introduced around 1950 was used until the closure of the Edensor Works in 1966. The trade name was retained by Allied English Potteries Ltd and was used by Ridgway Potteries and was still in use by Royal Doulton in 1981. This item is in the category “Pottery & Glass\Cookware, Dinnerware & Serveware\Cup & Saucers”. The seller is “santoor-uk” and is located in this country: GB. This item can be shipped worldwide.

Rare Early Verge Fusee Carriage Mantel Table English French clock
This is an interesting little verge fusee carriage clock. I believe it to be English, but have not researched the clock in any way. The movement looks like a watch movement, but the plates are square so I dont think it is. The dial is silvered and nicely engraved and the clock runs. I did not test it for accuracy. I think that the tip of the minute hand is missing. The brass case has a nice patina. I notice that two of the four dial screws are missing. This is a rare and early clock and I doubt your going to see anything similar so dont miss it! RARE 12 EARLY HARWIN & CO. ENGLISH TEDDY BEAR c1915-18 LONG ARMS & HUMP
This gorgeous little chap is a Harwin teddy bear and early, dating to c1915-18. This company ceased trading in 1930 so these bears are very sought after as not many remain. He’s a wonderful character, despite having lost his nose and mouth stitching. I will leave this to his new owner as Harwin bears have distinct mouths and I think best left to a professional to do. He has his original clear glass eyes with remains of painted backs. He has very long arms, a large hump, and his legs are set high on the body… All characteristics of a Harwin bear. All his original felt pads are intact with no holes or repair. There are only a few claw stitches remaining. The mohair is quite sparse overall but only what you would expect from a 100+ year old bear. He is straw filled (wood wool) throughout, and all his joints work well. Teddy is in good clean condition for his age. He has been well looked after. Such a great character! The item “RARE 12 EARLY HARWIN & CO.
